Big Barn Rental
The old dairy barn has been remodeled into a 9,500 square foot banquet facility called ''The Big Barn'', perfect for hosting enjoying your corporate picnic, family gathering, or fundraiser. The country setting, great facilities, excellent staff all combine to make Eugster's Farm Market the perfect destination for your next corporate gathering. We have a great experience to offer and look forward to seeing your family on the farm!

Eugster's Farm Market is located 15 minutes south of Madison on State Road 138.
Our farm is easy to find, and has excellent sign frontage and plenty of parking for your guests.

Rental Information
Option #1 Facilities Rental Only $7.75 per person
Facilities Rental Includes:
Tractor-Pulled Wagon Rides, Horseshoes, Barnyard Games, Basketball, Petting Farm, Facilities, Tables and Chairs, Picnic Tables, Set Up and Clean Up, Red Gingham Table Cloths, and Country Flower Centerpieces.
Caterers may be brought in at the discretion of Eugster’s Farm Market. Caterers must be an established business with proper certification and licenses.
Option #2 Facility and Food… Let us do all the work!
Pick from one of our menu options, and we will do all the rest.
Menu is served buffet style for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Children age 1 and under are free.
Menu prices include: Catered Menu Selection, Tractor-Pulled Wagon Rides, Horseshoes, Barnyard Games , Basketball, Petting Farm, Facilities, Tables and Chairs, Picnic Tables, Set Up and Clean Up, Red Gingham Table Cloths, and Country Flower Centerpieces.

Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Bratwurst in Beer & Onions. Meal is served with homemade potato salad, pasta primavera salad, creamy coleslaw, and fresh relish tray with dip. Beverage choices include lemonade and fruit punch.

Grilled Chicken and BBQ Pork Ribs Buffet.Grilled on site. Meal is served with potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans and coleslaw, rolls and butter. Beverage choices include Lemonade and Fruit Punch.

A whole pig, roasted in our smokehouse. Meal is served with Potato Salad, Italian Pasta Salad, Creamy Cole Slaw, Relish Tray, Rolls and Homemade BBQ Sauce. Beverage includes Lemonade and Fruit Punch. Optional Grilled Chicken Breast for an additional $2.50 per person.

A huge bonfire that will burn for 2 hours.
Bottle Feed Baby Goats: $1.00 per bottle
An experience a child will never forget.The goats are so friendly and sweet.
Pellet feed Animals: $ .25
Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, Fish, Goats, Sheep, Llama and Cows. (Please feed only designated animals)
Jumpy Castle: $325.00
This is a HUGE castle for a huge amount of fun!
Other Fees & Policies
Minimum Fee: Group minimum is 200 people.
Time Limit: Events are scheduled in 3-hour increments. If your event is longer than 3 hours, there is an additional $100.00 charge per extra hour over 3 hours.
Curfew: All events must be finished no later than 10:00 p.m.
Service Charge and Tax: All fees are subject to 5.5% sales tax, and 15 % gratuity.
Additional Services or Amenities: If your group will need additional services, such as special tents, specialty tables, party goods, tableware, lighting, etc.; please let us know. We can make these services available to you for an additional fee. Please ask for details.
Decorations: Decorations may be put up shortly before your event, and must be removed immediately following your event. If you would prefer us to install your decorations and remove them, there is a $25.00 per hour charge.
Safety: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in the Petting Farm.
Alcohol: Eugster’s Farm Market is not permitted to provide or sell alcohol to your group. However, you may bring your own beer, wine, or wine coolers. NO hard liquor is allowed. All alcohol must be distributed at the discretion of an Eugster’s Farm Market licensed bartender and is to be contained in The Big Barn and The Barn Yard areas. Alcohol is not permitted in the Petting Farm.
Smoking: is not allowed in Petting Farm grounds or party areas.
Bartender Fees: $18.00 per hour per bartender
Payment: There is a nonrefundable payment of $250.00 required to secure your date. A nonrefundable advance deposit of 50% of anticipated revenue is required with the signed contract no later than 7 days before your event. Final payment is due upon receipt of the final bill.
Weddings: Sorry, we do not host weddings at the farm.
Cancellation Policy: If your group cancels for any reason, your deposits are nonrefundable.
