Which animals can I pet?
Our policy is that the animals come first. Guests will have the opportunity to interact up close and pet various animals. We do not promote or guarantee every guest will hold animals. They are animals and need extra gentle handling.
How do I use Library Coupons for online ticket events?
You do not need to purchase tickets for your child if they have valid library program coupons. Simply hand them to our entrance employee when scanning your other tickets. Adults and other guests without coupons still need to purchase online tickets ahead of time.
What is the chaperone policy?
Eugster's Farm Market is an adult-supervised facility. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/chaperone at all times. We require one adult chaperone per every four children visiting our farm.
How do I apply to work at the farm?
We are always looking for hardworking individuals! We only hire new employees during Fall Festival - where we get to know you and your work ethic before inviting you back for the following summer season. Applications are available in our market starting in mid-August!
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, our farm is strictly NO PETS allowed, except trained service animals as defined by the ADA.
Do you host birthday parties?
We do not offer reservations for parties in the petting farm. If you choose to have a birthday group out to the farm, all guests must purchase admission. Please refer to our chaperone policy- no large groups of children with few adults.
Do you offer Group Tours?
We do not offer Group Tours at this time. Guests are welcome to purchase admission and enjoy a self guided tour of our farm during open hours.
Is the farm handicap accessible?
We have handicap parking stalls at the front of our market for market shopping. For special events throughout the year, we have closer parking available to reduce walking. Please call the farm if you have concerns or further questions, as closer parking can change depending on the event. All bathrooms are wheelchair accessible. SPECIAL NOTE: our farm has gravel paths and grass, please use your own discretion when visiting the farm!
Can I rent out the Big Barn?
It depends- we are selective with our party dates so they don't conflict with our seasonal events. Contact the farm for prices and available dates.
Are carry-in lunches allowed?
You may bring your own picnic lunch to the farm. We have a pavilion area and grass in the shade to enjoy lunch/snacks.
Can I use a Credit Card?
Yes, our farm accepts cash, debit, credit and checks. At this time we are unable to accept EBT cards.
